Airswimwear was founded in 2007, and we have been in this field for more than 13 years, amazing!

I started this company because I saw a gap in the market for high-quality, personalized beach shorts that truly reflected the individuality and style of each wearer. I believe that swim shorts should be as unique and personal as the person wearing it, and I wanted to create a company that could express the brand concept through their clothing. My favorite thing to do in the company is to work with our design team to develop new and innovative designs for our swim shorts. I love exploring different fabrics, patterns, and styles to create unique and exciting options for our customers. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our ideas come to life and to know that we are providing beachgoers with comfortable, stylish, and high-quality options to wear while enjoying the sun, sand, and sea. I’m constantly inspired by the beauty and diversity of nature, and I feel fortunate to be able to use that inspiration to design swim shorts that help our customers feel confident and stylish in any beach setting.
I was invited to work here by the founder when Airs was founded.
On a daily basis, my primary focus is on overseeing the development and production of our beach trousers products. I work closely with our design team to create new product concepts, review product samples, and provide feedback to ensure that our products meet our quality and design standards. I also work closely with our production team to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively.
In addition to product development and production management, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our product launches. I collaborate with our marketing team to develop product messaging and positioning, and work with our sales team to ensure that our products are effectively communicated to our customers. I also work with our customer service team to address any product issues and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
As a product manager, I am responsible for managing the production process and ensuring that the product meets the needs and preferences of your customers. I am often to face a number of challenges along the way, from supply chain issues to design changes. Overcoming these challenges can be very satisfying and provide a sense of accomplishment.
I have been working here as a sewer for 4 years.
My primary focus is on overseeing the production of beach shorts samples and ensuring that our sewing team is working efficiently and effectively. I work closely with our design team to ensure that our samples are produced to meet our quality and design standards.
In addition to overseeing production, I work closely with our sewing team to train and develop our employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to produce high-quality beach trousers. I also work with our quality control team to monitor our products throughout the production process, ensuring that any issues are identified and resolved quickly.
The most challenging thing about my job could be managing a diverse team of sewing operators who have varying levels of skill, experience, and motivation. It can be challenging to ensure that all sewing operators meet quality and production standards, especially when dealing with a high volume of orders.
I was invited to work here by the founder for 3 years.
My daily work involves managing the entire pattern-making process for the factory.
Reviewing designs and sketches: I would review the initial designs and sketches created by the designers and translate them into technical drawings that can be used to create a pattern.
Creating patterns: I would create the pattern pieces for each style of swim shorts, based on the design and technical specifications.
Refining patterns: I would refine the patterns to ensure a proper fit and to optimize the production process. This may involve making adjustments to pattern pieces or grading them to different sizes.
Supervising the pattern-making team: I would supervise and provide guidance to other pattern makers in the factory, ensuring they follow established processes and procedures.
The most enjoyable thing about my work is the opportunity to be creative and work with new designs and styles. Creating a pattern is a process that involves taking an initial design and transforming it into a physical piece of clothing. This process allows me to use my skills and expertise to bring a designer’s vision to life.
